In the sulfur flats near Grande Cache, Alberta, the sun reaches its peak—casting amber light across a winter landscape where snow, earth, and mineral shimmer in quiet harmony. The scene is still, yet radiant. A rare warmth in the coldest season.

Winter’s Golden Hour is a tribute to contrast: the fire of the sun against the hush of snow, the fleeting glow of midday against the permanence of stone. The hues—browns, golds, and pale whites—feel like memory made visible. A moment that doesn’t ask for attention, but deserves it.
